Lee created LAB to help inspire the youth from Black, Asian and minority
ethnic, a UK demographic, to steer those away from poverty and criminal
activities. As a youngster, Lee was a visual learner and lived in a deprived
area, which many believed would also follow in the footsteps of those
underachievers and other ‘stereotypes’. Inspired by design, films and a
school Career Day, Lee became a multi-business owner and a leader in his
Profession.

Lee is a creative
designer and social entrepreneur with a demonstrated history working
in the social and design industry. Bridging the cultural divides that varied
backgrounds and specialisms can often impel within a team, his strength lies
in building a culture of curiosity, collaboration and craft.
