However, branding takes time; only creatives understand that, so we've taken some time to explain our process and why we justify setting aside a minimum of 1-3 months for the whole experience.

1. AUTHENTIC RESEARCH
A dream project will flow smoothly and create the brand positioning and visual identity within 2-3weeks, but this is a rare situation. Instead, it typically takes 1-2 months to do the necessary research and define the strategy, which is only the foundation.
2. DESIGN STRATEGY
From there, we agree on design solutions and an implementation plan of 30 days, then continue to nurture your brand and invest in its growth for years to come.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our studio research phase of the branding project is about gathering information and analysing the findings to get to know your business, industry, competitors, target audience and all of your existing branding and design.
It typically consists of extensive desk and field research, including interviews, and site visits, where your branding partner listens to you or experiences face-to-face to understand your business challenges and then aligns themself with your vision.
Our branding strategy is developed from the findings of the brand research. While the research phase is about exploration, this step focuses on and consolidates your values, business aspirations and vision for the future. The strategy stage sets the tone of your communication and provides a rallying point for your team regarding brand values and business direction.
At Twntyfour, we work closely delivering LABtwnty4, our Pop Up Workshops, which offer the ability to test design with young people whilst collaboratively curating and ideating with them.
It is an integral part of developing brands that will serve the next generation to ensure they are involved and heard.
So part of the duration and process is to make time to test brand logos, colours and messaging with young people.
With the design, we deliver the strategy. The design phase translates brand values into practical solutions, such as a memorable and meaningful visual brand identity or tagline. As part of the branding process, design's central role is to formulate the visual identity, but it often goes beyond that.
At Twntyfour, we are very Design thinking first; we think as designers 24/7 (obviously). Still, we know that this can be applied to many areas of the business to improve services, products, workflows and, better yet, experiences.
The implementation stage reveals your new brand identity to the world. It starts with careful planning the roll-out, i.e. how and when certain aspects of your brand will be launched on various channels.
Implementation can take many forms, from a few business cards to a website or series of product videos. Our favourite thing is to kick off with a Brand Activation by curating a Phygital Event and experience.
At Twntyfour, we take your designed elements into the physical world, bridging the Digital and Physical, which we introduce to your audience as a Phygital Experience. This can be an opportunity to build on additional products or content to test.
This phase can happen quickly, but it can also last several weeks or months, depending on your business' circumstances. Usually, once we have all the branded assets, you can launch and begin creating unforgettable experiences with your new brand identity.
